Profile Description

Mr. Czeshinski, one of the founding members of the firm, concentrates his practice in areas of civil litigation including personal injury claims on behalf of both defendants (retained by their insurance companies) and plaintiffs, people injured by the wrongful acts of others. He has over 30 years of Litigation experience and has successfully tried to verdict numerous cases in the state courts of California. He has also handled various writs and appellate matters before the Fifth District Court of Appeal. In addition to handling personal injury matters,  Mr. Czeshinski also represents lawyers and accountants in malpractice matters and handles general business litigation cases.

Mr. Czeshinski has an “AV” rating by his peers which is the highest rating an attorney can receive for legal expertise and integrity. He has been admitted to America’s Top 100 Civil Defense Litigators for Northern California and due to his extensive trial experience, Mr. Czeshinski has become a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA)
