Profile Description

Melissa Aristizabal is an associate in WSHB’s New York office. In her practice with the firm, she focuses on a broad spectrum of civil litigation matters, including complex torts and casualty, construction, labor and employment, medical malpractice, product liability, transportation, and toxic torts.

Melissa is a graduate of the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. While there, she served as President and Vice President of the McGeorge International Law Society. She also studied abroad in Guatemala, in addition to assisting in teaching a public defender course in Santiago, Chile.

Prior to attending law school, Melissa interned with the U.S. Department of State in Milan, Italy. Melissa is admitted to practice in New York and provisionally licensed in California. She is fluent in Spanish.
