Brenda Ezell, managing shareholder of the Ezell Law Firm, is board certified in Real Estate Law by The Florida Bar. Ms. Ezell acts as counsel to buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, developers, lenders, borrowers, and agencies at all levels of government in various types of commercial real estate and regulatory transactions.

Ms. Ezell’s areas of expertise include commercial real estate transactions such as purchase and sale, leasing, lending and title insurance, as well as regulatory matters such as zoning and land development, easements and servitudes, covenants and restrictions, and corporate and business association law. She also has substantial experience with business and public finance transactions, low-income elderly and multifamily housing programs, and community redevelopment programs, including tax incentives and tax-exempt financing.
