Mr. Collins was raised in Lilburn, Georgia, where he graduated with honors from Shiloh High School. He subsequently attended the University of Georgia and graduated as a rare “Triple Dawg” in 2007. This means that Mr. Collins has obtained three degrees from UGA: a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science degree (B.A.), a Juris Doctorate degree (J.D.), and a Masters of Public Administration degree (M.P.A.). Mr. Collins even worked on legislation in the Georgia House of Appropriations while completing his undergraduate degree. Since graduating cum laude in 2007 from the University of Georgia School of Law, Mr. Collins has worked in a wide variety of legal areas around the state.
